Locked up S2k motor
Damn sorry to hear about your bad luck...
Sounds like you have every reason to worry...
Hope whoever built it takes care of this.
when you say built motor but then you question it.. I dont understand that statement.
were you running the three puck clutch?
I ran that on turbo car and it lasted about a week..lol.
so if thats the one I understand about it not holding.
who built it?

My best advice Phil is just take it somewhere like inline who does alot of s2k's and let them look at it.. Its a truly a shame though either way to much money to lil time driving it.. I'll be anxious to see how the black s2k holds up..
Any motor should be broken in somewhat whether it be dyno or driving it.. I'd never beat on a motor till atleast 1500 miles but thats just me.. Not sure if you knew that, the builder probably should have imformed you and been in charge of that..
The only time i've heard of a bent crank was missing a gear going from 3rd or to 2nd for example, say at high rpms but that normally destroys valves has well..
bending a crank is hard to do..
How was it running when you dropped it off??
did anyone drive it while it was thier??
Is that your old crank they used or another 1??
did you provide it??
not trying to bash or accuse you just wondering myself hopefully you guys can figure it out and get it straight..
Is your accord still thier or is it finished?
I'm just glad my shit is still hauling ass and running great..

I do have that f20c stock longblock.. has some scratches on one cyl but everything else is perfect. If I can be of any help please let me know.
Good luck with them!
I have seen a bent crank One was A piston hit the head and did slightly bent crank rods was bent aswhile with piston damage. But there is a couple of things that could cause it very hard to say.
I'd like to know the thruth i like those guys and Phil is good people and somebody messed up somewhere either during or after completion hopefully they can find out what happened..
