ive had that happen to me b 4. its ur legal right to go and reposes the vehicle since u still technically own it and have a contract (writen or verbal doesnt matter) that he has broken. also if u go get ur car and tell him he can have it when he pays u, he probably will pull the cash out of his wallet right then. i deal w/ assholes like that all the time. sometimes people r just broke (especially when ur tryin to sell something on here--jk-kinda) and have troubles, but either way a deal is a deal. and shit if he cant come up w/ the cash then i guess u got 2 cars cause u already titled the other one and theres no way he can say u stole it cause he gave u the title, kinda like a "friendly gesture".....

 

hopefully he either knew the kid or wrote down his info that was on the old title (thats what i always do just in case) but its a small world, someone has to know where the kid lives. last resort, report it stolen show the cops the title and tell em the deal.... done that b 4 2.

im going to try and find him today i guess ill call the police department and see what they can do and then ill start calling mckinnons at the beach. Someone on drag called me the other day and said they saw it down there but i wish i would have kept their number so i could have asked them where.

 

ok well i called the cops this morning and they said that all i can do is take him to small claims court.....or i can go get the vehicle myself but they cant tell me the location of where the guy lives??? theres gotta be something i can do about this the guy has my damn car

 

well, you already know what you can do. if you want the money you can go to small claims court, and if you want the car, report it stolen.
