Just out of curiousity, can cops confiscate your car/ticket you for just watching street racing?

No they can't take your car. But, it really depends on location if they can ticket you. Like illegal parking or trespassing, something like that.

I'm pretty sure they towed all the cars they caught on 564 that night. Whether they were just watching or racing.

I would definitely contest it. THat is total bs cause if your not racing and just watching there is nothing that says they can confiscate your car.
