You are thinking of Japan Star. I bought my JDM front end from them, and they didn't even know what front bumper it had on it. Come to find out it was a $1000 Ings +1 N.Spec. When my car got stolen I tried tracking them down to get an invoice and couldn't find them. Thats when I started hearing about how shady they were. I also got my front end for dirt cheap.

They have the CLEANEST clips you will ever see. The clips get put on top of the other parts in the container not under. So most clips there have good body panels. Noyans 240 clips are always trashed looking. Ive also seen 3 7mgte come from noyan in a row that were all blown. rod knock on startup.
