Any dealer will do it. All they normally ask for is to photocopy your DL.

How would you verify credentials anyway? You want the guy to wait for the background check to be completed before he can test drive the car?

The owner of Royal is a personal friend of mine and he is a great guy by far. I let him post to try and get some info/help wit his case and to emphasize on this thread . He actually had someone ride with the guy on the test drive when the accident occured; but any one that has info pm me or contact him through the contacts he left it will be greatly appreciated.
