I'll go out thursday about 6 say 70th or so street? Which street is the walkway?

 

i'll be out tommorrow if there is any push. and wen.... assuming there is anything worth riding.

all last week it predicted 2-4 or 3-5 and it was barely 2ft swells all week. id rather just get up in the morning and check surfline or call WRV. of course they only check 1st street so i know north end is pretty decent and croatan will be nice. it might be pretty good this week. heard the water had dropped a couple degrees in the past week. nothing to worry about tho. ill still go out tomorrow.

btw. has anyone heard of a fishermans "something" (i forgot) somewhere by chesapeake bridge?

 

there is a fishermans island right of the eastern shore, if thats what you are talkin about, ive been there

 

people.. there is a big different between a swell chart and what breaks on the beach.

gotta watch for a good fetch and wave period.

 

the waves on the east coast sucks but after being here for 7 years you get use to the small ass waves

 

Someone let us know how it is today, its suppose to pick up later in the day, i just called a friend who was down there and told me it still was crap...

 

i was out from about 12-2 and it was nothing but shore breaks. i tried a couple but was too worried about the break. one dude broke off a fin.
