Paint on the rear decklid looks hazed... is this a base coat/clear coat paint? Who painted it?

Hey..
it's been resprayed.. It's not perfect.. it's a $3900 car..not show quality by any means.. Just a good lookin/driving old school E34 5 series..

Just curous... I love the car and the wheels. My mother had an '89 535i for a long time.

then I'd say you have good taste

I showed it to a potential serious buyer this evening..I think he liked what he saw.
May be off the market soon.

How bad is the crack in the windshield? Any expected upcoming maintenance or preventative work that you've had done? Would you be able to guess on the vehicle's ability to pass emissions testing in Northern Virginia? Shoot me a PM regarding any of this if you prefer not to clutter the thread.

Very interested, particularly if I get my car sold.

If you take a look at the first page you will see most major maint. has been done. There will always belittle things to do, but most everything has already been addressed. Car will pass emissions with no problems as it did in GA (Still have certificate for this year). The crack is on the passenger side and goes from about a 1/4 of the windshield up and goes downward.
