If you go to va beach oceanfront (follow 264E untill the interstate ends) and take a right on pacific avenue, follow that untill you get over the rudee inlet bridge (only bridge on the south end). Pacific ave then turns into General Booth at the end of the bridge. After that it will be ~5 miles on your left accross from boneshakers biker bar.
