lol, it is NOT a felony, you just have to go to federal court, which just meens you will be found guilty, and you will get max punishment, but its still just a traffic violation.

me and my buddy had planned one taking our bikes to the parkway on our own before i even saw this thread dont know what time we are going, because he has to get his fucking beauty sleep
