Sorry about your brothers car dude, that sucks. I cant for the life of me understand how people cant hear theyre engines being stolen. That's gotta take some effort for real.

Yeah, I surprised we didn't hear anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood. Crazy thing is, we were opening gifts last night and I was up till about 2:30. The way belts and wiring were chopped up, we're guessing it didn't take more than 30 minutes to get in and get out.

 

Yep, same car. Makes me sick to look at it after we just got it running nice.

i completely respect hondas and probably have owned more than you both put together. its not a honda hater thing. and its not a neon is > than all thing either.

i didnt bring up the whole "neon" topic.

 

Unfortunatly he didn't have an alarm. There are a bunch of footprints and tracks in front of the neighbors house, as well as a trail of gaskets and head bolts across the yard. It's a quiet area, most folks around here are in bed by 9! Next door said they heard car doors around midnight and there's a few neighbors that work late, so we're hoping one of them saw something.

He's only had the setup a couple weeks, so that narrows down the suspect pool quite a bit. Cops said it's probably someone we know.

 

This is why I choose my friends wisely when it comes to cars. Too many shady low lifes.
