damn i wish i would have read your first post.. if the 4.3 is built LEAVE THAT IN THERE it will be faster anyway if you do more to it.

Ups and downs to both -- the 6 is already built and in there (although you must love to continue tinkering with it -- Isn't that the problem with all of us?), yet if you went LS1 you could swap more parts between the Mouse and the Ty. I'd personally just leave it so you have something different, but thats just me.

little late on this but to help answer your question what is your goal with the ty? if you want another 9sec ride then yea i would go with the turbo ls1 if its a dd then aint nothing wrong with a 10 sec dd keep the v6 you can easily get 10's out of it. i know you have a quick trans so do you need 2?lol if you want that big of a project you can help with mine!lol
