Take a LOOOK and let me know please......
im ASSUMING you have the 2.0 beta? SHOULD be able to handle around 10 pounds with proper tuning..... i knew a few guys a few years back that had good luck with the motors. but the car isnt EVER going to be fast.....if you have to turbo that particular motor, go get an accent shell to put it in.....that would be a beast, and is VERY easy to do. other than that, sell the car, and get something thats better. pretty much anything.
Me too, want a cookie?
And that is the sad reality of things. I kick myself in the ass everyday when I see my tib next to my 3kgt vr-4, I started on the wrong platform. At least i'm only one of a few unlike mustangs where there are thousands of fast ones.

Oh, greatwhite, Next generation motorsports is getting ready to fire up their elantra today with an mp90 blower on the beta2 motor. They are guestimating close to 300whp once it gets a final tune. This is going to be the easiest route to go over the turbo if you didn't already buy one.
I think lottery tickets would be a better investment with that money than turboing that car.
Sure it might be quick, but it's still going to be ugly doing it (of course most Civics, Integras, etc fall in the same category). Get a newer Tib if you really like Tibs. They are pretty nice cars.

After further researching I found out that 16 PSI is safe and more reasonable but should still producing 275 WHP, and yea i know its not the best looking car but it's my ugly car...
If i'm not mistaken, you can swap a 4g63 in there...that might be the elantras tho...Either way, hyundai sucks at trannys, so don't be surprised if it starts slipping if and when you do hit that power number.

so... ehhh whatever we'll see.......
