High School Student in need of a car!
your not going to be able to find anyone here that will take "payments".
you wont be able to get a loan because you have no credit..
honestly, save your money.
open a savings account and just dump money in it and gain some interest on it. take the bus or something to school, or a friend or something.
when your 18, take the money you've saved up and buy a car.
best plan of action IMO.

If you've had a steady job with consistent income (yes, even just a few months), you could try for a small loan (< $2k) at NFCU. I got approved at age 16 for $2k with no cosigners and I was working at Cinema Cafe making minimal wages. At 16 years old, you've probably got no credit which is better than bad credit. Good luck.
No one will offer payments on a vehicle to you for one reason. You cannot be legally binded to a contract because of your age. Therefore, if you were to sign a contract, take the car and never make a payment, the other guy would be screwed. You need to find a c signer or get a beater for cheap.
I bought a 1996 integra LS running for $50 from a local high school auto program, only problem was a worn clutch but it had a clean title. I bought an 97 EK 4door good running condition from a differant auto program for $300.I dont know if they have high school autotech around you but i have good luck with them
