I once got caught doing 81 in a 45 in Virginia Beach. I hired a lawyer from the Decker law firm and came out with a $250 fine. Of course, this was the end of a long struggle. The lawyer before the Decker firm just really sucked. Find a good representative and they'll make an arrangement for you. Good luck!
