I really like these cars.. There is so much room, and so much fun to drive.. They look mean for a 4 door and also very sexy.. I hope to be picking one of these up shortly..

Hmmm.....change the front clip on this car and it looks almost like a 4 door GTO. The overall lines are similar already. I saw G8 just south of Bristol, TN last Saturday. It looks much better in person than it does in pix.

You do realize that the G8 is the same car, with just a new nose, as the Holden Commodore SS-V that was released in 2006. So the question is who is copying who .

 

Yeah GM owns Holden, its just cheaper to change a few things and bring over a car that has already had the engineering done.

I like the G8. I think it looks good, and I really like the GTO when they put the LS2 in it. I think they are both sexy cars. In fact, I am not a Ford guy at all, but I think the Falcon, and that Cobra GT looks sexy as well. I just couldnt see myself buying one anytime soon simply because of gas prices. I mean my car now gets about 28mpg on 93 octane, which I have to use, because my car runs like shit on 87, and I can afford it, but its just ridiculous to have to pay about 45 dollars to fill up a 13 gallon tank about once a week.

In anycase, I seriously think the car companies need to think about using that veggie oil stuff? I don't remember the name of it, but its that shit that Govenor Schwartznegger has been pushing for.
