Now, if you want to do highway pulls then by all means, lets do it.

Ah I see. Either way, I do know it's the same unit used in the Supra that's used in BMWs. I was always told Getrag was one of BMWs 'companies.'
thats cool, I see alot of bmws at the track running though....I'm not much of a street racer, after awhile I got sick of the constant police harrassment and running all the time....just let me know if you ever head up though, alot of us usually run at the track, love to see what that bmw would do

Nigel in NC can do tranny rebuilds. I know it's not around Roanoke, but I figured I would suggest him. You can contact him on SRT-4 Forums, his SN is turbo666. Shift forks are a common problem on SRT-4's, but he's way more knowledgeable on the subject than me, so he might be able to diagnose it better.

aspsrt05 can verify his work

I'll remember this one, if I wasn't going out of town today I'd come up and let you view my taillights for a few.

Please tell me you're not being serious...

Launching a car meant for high speed/cornering is totally different than doing a 60 roll.

In addition, it's much more wear and tear on the vehicle...now it's making sense to me why all you guys are going through trannys left and right.

I plan to get it on the track as some point, but never the strip.

Yeah it's just pointless really. If I ever head to the strip it'll be in the Supra since it's the car with the drag radials on it, not the BMW.

I don't know what you mean about police harassment and running, i've never had any such incidents. My runs are far and few between, late at night, and while monitoring radar. My clean record is proof of this.
