That has to do with the average age of the people at T&T versus the average age of the people that just go where the spots happen to be. Sure it doesn't apply to everyone, just the majority.

Also something else to think about is that they've had that spot for quite a while. They're not gonna take crap from people that just show up and cause problems, they're going to defend their spot. Do people do that on spots they've just started or happen to stumble upon?
