I might be interested depending on the answers received about the items listed below, because if i am going to spend 10k on a car that has 144k on the motor and the body, I need to know that i will not have to do any of the maintenance work listed below. With that being said please list how many miles it has been since each of these items have been replaced and just put n/a next to any of these items that have never been replaced:

leakdown test and results

 

Dan at Driskill Performance - OEM plugs, plug wires, cap rotor button replaced less than 3 months ago.

Dan also did AC recharge, ITR cams and valve adjustment, timing belt, water pump,and replaced belts.

Tires are 2 months old with good tread.

New battery, still has warranty

All other parts inspected out fine and compression is around 247-250 across each cylinder.
