This comming from a guy who had the "quickest" SC in the area two years ago. I had a 89, titanium, 5 speed.

Had a ported blower, raised top, gears, full 3" exaust, pulley, 75 shot, tweecer r/t (im sure im forgetting more)

But in the end it was still slow and heavy. Finally got a tiny bit smarter and moved into a foxbody .... and now looking back I shake my head anytime I think about why I tried to make one of those things quick. Dont get me wrong mine would pull pretty hard on the interstate .

What all is done to your SC

The SC crowd in Hampton Roads is a bunch of weird old guys .... it made me hate having one. You can find them out at Jenros on Sats about 4.

Like mentioned before .... most of the big boys hang out on the Pennisula now ... so I usually tend to venture up that way. I love Freedom ... its definatly comical, and there are still alot of nice cars that go there .... but theres always retarded things happening ... and no one really races.

Fabrik8 - Not that the SC's are impressive by any means .... but they do come with IRS, forged bottom end, electronic dampners .... and dont really handle to horribly stock. As opposed to the V8 Models ... which just suck all around.
Thx for the advice but the only reason im workin with the supercoupe is because i got one with 125k miles and a rebuilt engine for only $800. I needed a car until my fox from here got finished.

Too bad the supercoupe scene here isnt as strong as in philly, ive only scene one black one, but there arnt as many ricers here either so i guess its a trade off. Mine has just some normal bolt ons ( shorter belt, smaller pully, exhaust, ported blower, and a little more).

As for freedom wash, yea every time i go there something happens (like a guy in a cobra hitting a tree tryna show off) but im just tryin to see what else is goin on.

bah, He's a nice kid, sounds like it to me. Just trying to hang out and meet new people. We should be guiding him under our wings...rather than turning him into the scum we hate!

IMO

Just drive around, kid. Saturday nights are your friend, as long as you aren't 'acting a fool,' i'm sure you'll get along with people just fine. The key is maturity. Combining maturity with rather immature cars is hard for everyone. So, if you feel the cars are immature, find a new spot. No one is going to post what you're looking for though, you sort of have to find it.

Also, your best bet is to probably just not post in this thread anymore. Just find some other threads to comment within! Photos of your cars in the Eye Candy section would be a good idea. I could check out cars all day...so...i wouldn't mind lookin' at yours either.

Oh, and, Welcome to the forums.
