i've seen it done and it looked nice. i'm really into doing things that nobody can do. boys out there are jealous cause they can't do things so they put stuff down all the time. honestly, i saw it done on k20a.org . i've got three dashes and want to try it at least once.
I agree with this to a point, but poor taste is still poor taste. Just because someone doesn't like your "modification" doesn't mean they can't afford to do it. We aren't all little kids working at Burger King. I'm all for doing something different, and doing something the right way, but all the money in the world doesn't necessarily mean it's going to look better for the modification. I'm sure you've been to car shows.. sometimes the most crazy off the wall shit can be done with absolute perfection, and it still looks like crap.
If you want to do it, go for it. But if you lack the resources either financially or creatively to make it look good, than you should definitely leave it alone.

And if you don't have the foresight to see what you're finished product will look like you should step back and redo your plans (or start to plan if you haven't).
just because they are from the same family of vehicles does NOT mean they will fit, look good, or any of that other stuff i stated earlier.
