Not exactly. I haven't heard/seen the guy since he gave me some money. I told him not to give me anything, until he had all the money, but insisted I took it. I think I have the right to sell them now, and not worry about anything, its been 3 weeks with no communication. Dilemmas, dilemmas....
I told him he had til next friday (3/20/09) to give me the rest of the money, and pick up the wheels, or I'm keeping the deposit, and selling them to you.
