Tons of great advises here. Here are some of mine; always "under estimate the market." Try not to assume a high number of demand per month or year. Get some stat from other shops around the country that have some similarities in surrounding, level of income, etc as here in B-burg or Roanoke. Those numbers should give you some ideas. With those numbers, calculate "if-then" situation. For instance, if you get this many people in a month, then what. If the number is really low, then what, etc. Wagz said it completely correct. Cash reserve is very important in any kind of Bus. Also, if you ended do really really well, then you would have to assume that someone might try to get his hands on your market shares. But that problem will come in a later part of your success. Good luck...

but for those ego freaks and dyno queens...a mustang dyno is a no no. they average about 20-30 hp less than all the other dynopacks and dynodynamics dyno's. id personally rather have a real number than even if its a little bit lower.
Thats what I got dynoed on at P1Auto...I know it dynos lower numbers but like you said it's more accurate, and better for tuning. It also allows you to do 1320 passes, as well as top speed passes. Pretty cool.
