Uh, I guess that's a joke? How the heck would they know if there were drugs in the steering column before the stop? I guess there could be an informer, but you don't usually follow up info from an informant with a high-speed pursuit.

Pit maneuver - push the nose of your car into the side of the rear corner of the car you are chasing, he'll countersteer to correct, then you let go and he'll go spinning out of control...doesn't work against decent drivers in decent cars.

Ah gotcha. Thanks. Yeah, I concur, once a cop has gotten close enough to get your plates you should just pull over. And they surely got the plates if the cop was that close, lol.
