I used to get a lot of "props for being different" with my Hyundai, but that was back in 05...i really thought people grew up since then.

Peoples mindset about Hyundai's is plain stupid and ignorant to me. You don't hear people getting props for modifying their escorts and being different...why is Hyundai so special?

Hyundai had horrible reputation from the excels and other early 90s cars.(partial thanks to Mitsubishi). What is so different about modifying a well styled car that is more reliable then half the shit on the market(mainly domestic but its up there with jap cars) and has better sales.

This man should be getting props for having the balls to deal with constant ignorance and lack of support Hyundai owners/cars have, not being different...retards are different you don't see them getting thumbs up. And no i am not comparing the OP to a retard

I am sorry i just don't understand why this is such a big deal. Someone get it through my thick skull why a manufacturer that has proven to be reliable and desirable still gets this treatment.

Flame on!

PS: i know someone will go there so = no i am not getting butt hurt bc he got more props then i did back in the day, he deserves every bit of respect just for different reasons...assuming that his Tib is clean

Now back to business, from what i remember Beta1 MAF is good for around 200WHP, i am willing to bet you are not getting anywhere near that YET. Dont waste your time swapping mafs it will only cloud the answer to true answer of your problem.

It is my personal opinion that SAFC is crap and should not be used on anything other then fine tuning slightly modified engine. Nowhere near enough for a balls-out boosted engine.
