2010 mustang
It's 2AM. I'm not going to find it. But it was in the initial release news, I believe the release the Detroit Free Press got (which is always slightly more informative than everybody else's for Ford products). They said they were definitely going to do it hopefully within the next year.
If you can tell me the week Ford officially announced the 2010 Mustang I'll find the release. I might not do it until tomorrow, but I'll do it.
Also, the use of the words bullshit and shit are unbecoming of an officer. That and the avatar. What happened to the guy who was going to report you anyways? Knife-wielding masked man got to him?

Hmmm, I'm not finding the release I wanted but I did find one saying ecoboost will be in the cars we all know its going into this summer and that by 2013 it will be in 90% of ford models.
But in newer news reports it does look like they've benched the idea of an ecoboosted Mustang any time soon. (i.e. they're not thinking about it, they've thought about it and decided not to, though it still "could be an option in later model years").
Sorry for getting your hopes up.

I know that's the motor that's going into the taurus SHO thought. I'd be excited about that except it's $40K
And Ford has said the twin turbo v6 will be going into the Mustang for sure, though last I checked they weren't positive on how soon. I hope it's soon though because with car sales how they are the need for something new is...
URGENT, make it fast make it URGENT, do it quick do it URGENT, gotta rush make it URGENT, want it quick make it urrrrrrgent, urrrrrrrrgent, emergency.

If they do that, Im not sure where the v8 stang is going to fit into a sales strategy but truthfully when has ford ever had one.
out of the box the mustang engines are supposed to line up like this
base v6 mustang, 210 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque
Premium v6 mustang, 210 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque
Ecoboost v6 mustang, 340-415 hp and around 300 toruqe
V8 mustangs,4.6-liter V8 with 315 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque
I heard something about a 5.0 being developed for when they launch the ecoboost powerplant. Of coures they have the roush versions and other spinoffs but unfortunately i done think there will be a saleen since the company split.
This ecoboost thing may give ford the boost it needs to come back. Anyone seen the new show 365hp awd twin turbo v6? sounds crazy.
Edit. ^beat me to it

It'll be in the MKS, Flex, and MXT also for whatever that's worth.
