Is that Bloc Party in the first video?

 

my hope was to shoot some in car to get more people to attend 'cause it really is an inexspensive way to have a blast and learn your car and learn to drive without having someone come flying up behind you and such.

but even in the videos you can't see the on/off camber and increasing/decreasing radius corners and how dope the track really is. but this gives you a better idea of what your looking at as far as a track.

with more people signing up im sure the events can continue. with word of mouth i hope it does anyways.

 

With the increasing attendance can you see the owner going public with it? Like having track days every weekend and improving the course? It would be nice to have a track right next to hampton roads. At least until vmp gets built.

 

i'm only affiliated with the guy who runs the events. i work with him and such. so i'm trying to help a friend. crewmember. co-worker. out and get his events more drivers.

Well Im just saying since its such a close track and seems to be large enough, If he held some kind of track day every weekend I would be there. And im sure that many of these other V.A.D member would come down to a legal place rather then freedom wash.

 

haha i doubt VERY highly that they will go public with the events. this place as a whole is very high security and the layout is def. not good for any sort of spectator event or anything like that. they keep the course up to their needs (driver instructon/highway safety courses) and have no need for the extra income. its essentially a military base filled with people that kill people and train to kill people while theyre not killing people for a living lol. not so much a place that is mainly used for its driver training course.

 

barely anyone comes monthly, let alone every weekend.

and i can assure you it will never become anything more then private events.

watching those videos and hearing everybody talk about it today at Stephen's house makes me want to go to the next event and try it out. Looks like a load of fun.

 

i will come out here to tune the mr2's suspension.
