The new 04 Civics
i havent seen the kits available for the k20 swap, but id imagine as with a b series into an earlier model, starting with a model already wired for vtec would be a better choice, and easier
i looked at the new tibbys too, i like the way they look but when i sat inside, it just didnt feel comfortable. check out the tibby forums and see what they think of it. i remember alot of them complaining about the quality of the interior.

The 04 Civics don't look bad. But for $18k you could get the following:
04 Spec V w/Brembo pkg.
02-3 Mustang GT
02 Camaro/Firebird
01 Prelude Type SH
If you want new for around $18k get a Spec. They are fun cars, run a 14.9 stock, look good and are not all over the place like Civics. If used get Mustang GT, you can get a fully decked out used 03 with about 10k miles for around $16-18k.

I want a nice looking that will turn heads as well a car that has a lot of power. When I borrowed a new Triburon one night from Hall Hyundai dealership, I received a lot of compliments from my friends and other people who don't know that much about sports cars. But I receive negative feedbacks from you guys and sports car enthusiasts. Anyway, I want a car that is respectable, meaning a car that I will be proud of for around $18000. Maybe $20000 if I really like the car.
