i wouldn't buy the Maxima

it's bigger and heavier than the G35, yet its version of the VQ makes about the same power as the G35 sedan.

and it's FWD.

no to Maxima unless you don't mind massive torque steer.

Man I need the real truth. I have heard that the G35 sedans are also FWD. So are the 03 G35 sedans FWD or RWD?

both G35 sedan and coupe are RWD.

the new G35x sedan has AWD.

the G35 shares their drivetrain with the 350Z

the Maxima shares drivetrain with Altima (another FWD family sedan)

bottom line: get the G35 if you can afford it.

btw, have you looked at pricing for all these cars at a new car website like edmunds.com?

edmunds have tons of tools for you to option out the car the way you like it and see how much it'll cost, and how much your payments will be.

Thanks Zoom. Someone had told me that the G35 sedan was FWD. I will continue to research my options. I plan on getting it at the end of the year. Also thanks for everyones opinions and keep them coming.

maxima is still FWD

it now shares platform with Altima

I don't think Infiniti has any FWD sedans in their lineup now.
