whats funny is, i have a car with straight pipes ( header to aftermarket car, to glass pack, to exit) and ive been pulled over 1 time for my exhaust, and i work in cop central, its all about appearence.

doenst help that your car looks like shit and that KA's are loud as fuck. I honestly doubt the big boys are gonna be pulling you over in your 95 240sx for a drug bust with out REALLY good info

I'm wondering if I might get pull for my FC, the p.o. but some tips on the stock exhaust but for someone who doesn't know what rotaries sound like, then it might sound aftermarket. Cops...

my understanding is, anything with a huge tip/ fart can/ softball shooter exhaust is getting pulled over and getting a ticket.

i love my muffler setup on my honda

2.5" dynomax super turbo muffler with a CRV stainless tip welded on. looks like a beefier stock muffler. and it sounds dope too

 

If it aint stock...its not legal...period.

 

Gotta love being registered out of state. That and my truck has on a cat and straight pipe. I couldn't see wasting money on exhaust that will be replaced after the build/motor swap when I get back.

 

Doesn't matter. They can and will give you a ticket since your vehicle has to meet VA standards on VA roads.

 

Well I guess it depends on how suspicious you look and weather or not you drive like an asshat everywhere you go. I've never had an issue. Then agian I don't drive like a retard either.
