VA Beach, contrary to popular belief has so much more going for it than 80% of the cities in the US. The other 20% include places such as Miami, NYC, Las Vegas, etc. But you understand me. This place is a nice mix of suburbs and city, spread out over a very wide, diverse area. Weather is mild all year round. And mainly, it is central. It is in the dead center of the east coast, so travel to either of the extremes is never too hard.
But thats only my opinion. Maybe it's because I have lived here my whole life. But even after my 6 months in NYC(most awesome time of my life) coming back home was a welcome treat.
This place is what you make it.

Dude, if you wanna chill on a Sat. Come out to Newport News, up at Super K off of the Oyster Point/Victory Blvd I-64 exit. At around 9:30. We usually get kicked after that, but you can follow all of us to the next stops. And then later we do the good stuff. Not telling what that is on a public board.
