Yeah, the tranny is pretty stout in the STi, the WRX trannies are pretty weak. Around 450+awhp is when you should upgrade the pistons or you can pretty much expect failure any day.

Either way, 1. Subarus are much better looking and 2. with a good exhaust it sounds like a fucking apache helicopter at cruising speed in low rpm
