Someone came onto my forum I own and grabbed my eye with a thread (damn trolls, lol), so I registered for S&G, and never really made any traffic...now here I am. I intend to make myself known there, but not nearly as much as I am here, lol.

Ok Well early morning test are here ...I took off 1 charge pipe the readings on the boost gauge dropped maybe to like -14 or if any. So somehow I do have a leak. Ive triple checked my lines for cracks etc ...I have a nasty leak on my exhaust manafold and my downpipe ...I dont see this lossing vaccuum though ? All my charge pipes seem to be fine...I took off the TB pipe and reved the motor and a decent amount of air came out for the low rpm rev. Any ideas now guys ?

 

I don't quite understand what you are saying you did. Word it differently maybe?

 

hows the bov? Being stuck open or something. Also check if the internal wastegate is closing all the way. where is the exhaust leak? Manifold/turbo area maybe? what about leaking between head and manifold?

 

Bov seems to be working ...I had a tiny exhaust leak between the manafold an dhead ..fixed it ..and still have one on my downpipie ..Check out my most recent post ...Im starting to think I have some serious problems with this turbo .

 

even N/A you should be running higher up than 15 hg....
