my bud just went and got him a new 2012 5.0 they're a horse.... its 6 speed auto.... i've seen them taking stock motor and stock trans in the 9's.... His 4 door cummins 4wd in the 1/8th ran 8.4's at 87-89mph and his bone stock 5.0 done a 8.35 @ 85. So now his 50K truck means nothing to him anymore lol... I love the color of yours with those wheels very good choice IMO.
Yeah the move pretty good. The auto is supposed to be a little quicker than the manual. With an intake and canned tune at sumerduck (notoriously slow track) i ran a 8.22 @ 88.4mph on the stock tires. Goin to MIR this friday to see what I can do. And thanks!!

Yeah it can be kind of expensive. I got this bc I got a ton for my 2010 and got $3k off msrp.
Thanks! It's actually not Kona Blue. They got rid of that after 2012 and this is a new "deep impact blue". It looks a little "bluer" in person and I love the new color. And yeah the recaros are amazinggggg.
Looks good. Make sure you know how to clear your tune (something about a p1000 code, letting the battery drain) hear some people are having serious issues (dropping pistons) on those coyote motors. If ford see's ANYTHING on it (CAI, tune, etc) they stick you with the bill.
The Recaro's look great, as does the rest of the car. I would love to own one of these one day.
Thanks!

When you get a tune, it shows the same thing as if you disconnect the battery. I haven't heard of any serious issues. Only issue I've heard of is cylinder #8 which was caused by basically one tuner (not going to list names) and some stock cars and there weren't that many issues in the grand scheme of things. Plus the engine has been slightly changed in 2013 so hopefully that issue won't happen.
