I was going to say, I've been getting raped on my estimates if so!

So, as many have stated...take it back to SoM and give them a chance.

Is the car a DD, or a project?

If it's a project, timing isn't a huge deal, so it's worth the money. If it's a DD, maybe you should have another car instead of modding the DD?
