motor came from www.marselemotorsports.com his prices have gone up like 200.00 since last week and close to 400 a month ago. He recently told me that he changed his distributor, they forgot to send me my ecu(its on its way now) I think he is new in the business and has recently noticed that there is a high demand for the sr. I guess i was one of the lucky ones to get the motor at a low cost

 

My brother got his blacktop for $2K, harness, ignitor, tranny and ECU included. Places like HeavyThrottle sell it for $2500, which might seem high, however they guarantee their engines, and that right there is worth the extra money. Good luck on your swap though, hope it turns out well for you.

Lets see Im at VCU mon -thur, work on the weekends and have a girlfriend and its my first swap(doing it by myself)

But this is what i have left to take the ka out (exhaust, motor mounts and tranny) Im going to cut the exhaust, I just bought the apexi n1 duals and downpipe and hotpipe to finish my ride all for 550 shipped

The only help im going to need is getting the intercooler,BOV,MBC and custom boost gauge to connect.

Stumpz were can i get a intake tube for my turbo

 

oh yeah anyone want to help putting the SR in, it would save me a lot of time Ill serve the beer and food

Muscle is good but looking for someone that knows the sr's
I have been doing lots of research on the sr and my brain is not functioning with finals coming up at VCU
