Daimo, we get fast times out of our little cars by stripping basically everything out of the interior, using drag radials or slicks, motor swaps, built motors, turbochargers, superchargers, nitrous, or any combination of the above.

Don't take this the wrong way, but the UK is about 3-4 years behind the US in terms of car trends, which is why it is still cool for you guys to have big body kits, big stereos and the like on little cars. If you guys got rid of all that stuff, and started focusing on building or swapping engines, you guys could be as fast as us, even if you have a small budget.
