I live right next to tallwood, but I have not played in 5 years! Actually what I find is even more fun and a better workout is Racquetball...you a memeber of the Kempsville Rec Center?

I havent played since ghischool which is about 5-6 years also but its like riding a bike you just have to get out there. I am a member of the Kempsville center... and i would love to try Rac ball with somebody who would teach me the rules and such. And i dont have a racket.

I just got back from playing with Dj Wurm (Chris)... and got a decent workout going. Carter (Justin) didnt show up as i said he is a pansy!

More Impatient... kickball blah.. wheres the cardio in that~! Get your ass out here and run.


Anybody want to get a few more sets in during the week? Mornings are great but im open for times. ???
