I am personally not riled up one bit. I just fail to see how that is not impressive with keeping in mind the engine is a four cylinder.

I expected nothing less than this comment from you as well.

 

i just find 300 whp out of an N/A 4 cylinder amazing.....while im not too up to date on the all motor scene (im sure scott could verify it) 300 is something thats rarely seen being made on an N/A 4....out of a boosted car, i wouldnt be as impressed.



it takes a LOT to make that kinda power from a no bottle/blower/turbo 4 banger.

 

Makes no difference to me if it has 4, 6, 8, 10, or even 12 cylinders. Horsepower is horsepower no matter how you choose to make it.

 

There are not a bunch of them out there, but you will being seeing many more here shortly. I am sure of it.

You are correct, horsepower is horsepower. But you can't argue the fact that in the world of naturally aspirated engines it is harder to make decent power without displacement. That is my only point really.

boost makes up for some of it...






(all motor was just too expensive for my blood. of course, ive ended up spending a lot as it is....oh well...)
