dunno where im going to get mine done yet...gotta wait for more money to come in....and when's the next time ill be visiting va beach...hmmm...lol
Brady yes is a good tuner. But thats only on his stuff. When it comes to anyone elses ride hes not concered. Recently I know of 3 cars that have had horrible hondata tunes, myself included. Ive spent alot of money there and recently the tunes are horrible. I will post a dyno a/f sheet of my car with the chip brady burned with his mad skills. my airful starts at idle in the 10s thenat 2000 drops to 7s till 8400 when it hits a whopping 8.1. so I would definatly try another shop. I also left car there for a week to fix the horrible tune and when i got it back it was worse and I had a dented fender.

Actually it was real quick, I was standing right there. It may have been a project he had been working on, no doubt it was...but his first pull was at 215 with the ITR..the second pull was around 237.... the pulls were about 1-2 min apart.

you are lucky the motor is not misfiring......black bumper? check your plugs also. the o2 sensor could be off
i ran 11:1 on purpose on one motor setup, i constantly had black plugs and a black bumper, but that motor lasted 3 years under drag racing and road racing abuse.

here is the deal with street tuning. hondata now has a autotune that allows you to set a targeted lambda, with a true wideband the system sets the actual lambda to or as close as possiable to the target it takes aprox. 2 hours and can be done at the dyno with the dyno set in dynotrack. witch allows a load be applied to the car. just food for thought. as far as base programs go dont trust them because every motor is different and requires a different tune. ie. no two cars will run the same exact fuel pres., cam timing, exaust?, etc. all witch play a roll in how the car respones to a tune.
