I dont care much about appearances. I have spent over 10k on the car and not a penny has been on appearances yet. My suspension is Bilstein HD shocks and H&R springs..thinking about going to coilovers in the spring.

Contrary to popular belief aftermarket wheels can serve a functional purpose other than looking bling.. of course this all depends on weight, size, tire choice, offset , and of course intended use. What type of driving do you have in mind for the car?

Track and AutoX and with that weight is an issue. The higher the rotational weight the more inertia you have and thus the harder it is to slow down. This would mean I would have to brake sooner when going into a corner and brake fade would occur alot faster. These are 16x8 wheels. The only others I would go with for racing would be Fiske's or SSR Competitions.

ssr comp are the weak sauce, yes they are light but they are ugly IMO and are fragile as hell.
