I, personally, think you should get a used bike if it's going to be your first. I'm not one of those people who say you shouldn't start on a 600cc because I don't see what the big deal is if you have any self control and common sense, but why not get a used bike in case it falls over or you drop it.. or whatever the case is.. it's not a brand new bike that cost you $8k. You know?

you must not have sold your bike via ebay but i could have sworn that the aution has ended with a winning buyer.

Happened to me twice.. with sunglasses, and my motorcycle. I was kind of pissed off when I got an invoice two days ago for $100 worth of selling fees and final value fees and neither of them actually sold.... and I had already reported as non-paying bidders. I don't know why someone would bid $4000 on a motorcycle if they don't have any money. You know?
