I see you live in Richmond and have the 2 smallest stores out of the whole company to deal with. I work at the norfolk store, and we are the top selling store in the company. You have to see it this way. You drive a Porsche. For every one of you there are 20 Honda drivers. I stock my shelves with parts I sell more that parts I wont. Thats why I have the top selling store. You obviously have the mentality of the average Porsche driver.

Even if I have to special order his parts I can usually have em next day. Almost anything he could ever need for his car I can get. But with an attitude like that, Id rather not sell him anything because people like that will never be happy.
