It's fake because it's bent sheet metal made by some jank in his/her garage.

In defense of the 'teg in question. I like it.... even the rear diffuser. I'd much rather make a diffuser for the look than buy a purpose built one and put it on a car that will NEVER see the intended use of the diffuser.

Photos of your car on hellabeatcaniflush websites do not count as intended uses for diffusers.
