Cycle whore thread
i went for my first time with a couple members on here and had a blast, but its easy to mistake corners which i did once, and went way wide rather fast, but if i hadnt taken other corners in other locations fast like i have before, i would have wound up in the ditch and they would have been pulling a r1 out of the ditch as well.
its not to shabby, but alot of blind, changing angle corners..... so not really something someone should take fast unless done a few times and memory serves of the road.
just my 2 cents. from the 35 mins we spent out there.

fairlady took me at night.. hauling ass.. haha it was fun.. did think it was to crazy tho
It is fine for a beginner to cruise down.. but I would not recommend anything over 35 or 40 as some of the corners are blind and cut in really sharp without notice. Since there is no forgiveness with the 6 foot ditch on either side and only 1 foot of dirt off the side of the road before you go into said ditch. Your errors really show through.
I would however like to make a trip to super bike road before the weather gets too cold. That is one of the funnest roads out there. Just too bad that it is an hour and some change away. Maybe, we can organize a ride.
Grew up driving out in Pungo with beat up old volkswagens, know those roads like the back of my hand (what the fuck is that?! O_o) -- Even funner on bikes.
Scotty--- Not for the beginner rider, ESPECIALLY not knowing the roads; I'd consider myself somewhat of a beginner, but I know the roads by heart forwards and backwards; ALSO, sand has started to become visible on some of the corners, but you'd have to be waayyyy inside for it to be an issue. -- As nagger said, you can end up in a ditch real quick, like he almost did (wasn't TOO bad, but he almost lost it; not like he would of died or anything, just scary to see that in your mirror)
Definitely some fun roads to take a cruise on a nice day -- The road I frequent makes a big loop so you can get a nice little "circuit" run out of it, and keep on going if you so choose.

Yes
Knowing about the ditches on either side and dirt on the sides of the roads makes me not want to go through there, haha. But I would never take a road fast that I do not know, that would be iffy. Yeah I'm definitely still a beginner. Only been riding a year, and never really extended my limits/developed my skills through the corners.
