At which point we just went and found another spot to get away from them.

I don't post here often but here goes: If you have a nice car, everyone already notices! No need to drive threw, rev your engine, Drop the ASS end of your truck and Spark it up, or do burn outs. The last 2 times I went it was pretty chill at first, almost like a car show. You could walk around admiring other peoples cars. Next thing you know it was who has the loudest exhaust or the best air bag system. Leave that shit for some where else. Car groups as a whole already have a bad rap with all the Street Racing videos that are sold on tv for $19.99. You want to race, take it to the damne track or the interstate. You wanna get high, and belive me oknow about getting HIGH do that SHIT at your own house or away from public viewing. We finally had a great place to hang out, meet new people and admire cars with out paying $15 to get into the Va Beach Pavilion.
Maybe they need to have an age restriction for the Fountain. I understand EVERYONE wants to show they have the better car, but as I stated earlier, everyone can see the nice cars, and we all turn our heads at the RICE cars. You don't see the cops shutting down the car meets in Yorktown with all the older cars, those guys know how to act. GROW THE FUCK UP and enjoy your cars, that is all 90% of us want to do!

 

the fountains turned gay a long time ago. the second a bunch of random people showed up it turned lame. first time i went out there it was nothing but mi-4 and i met da-beast out there to run. it blew up quick and turned to shit.

in my opinion the second its not a group of friends hanging out, its a bunch of drama bullshit anyways.

 

TRUE! But how else are you suppose to meet people with the same interest or even the same car. We can all find a message board and chat, but there is nothing like meeting people that have the same interest and seeing what they have done to their cars. You always look to better yourself by seeing what the nexr has or has done. I wouldn't even come out if I wasn't trying to meet a good group of people and talk cars. I have met a few people and I am now a prospective member of a well known car club, never would have happened if I had just driven around and not had a chill place to meet people! Just my 2 cents!
