i re-looked at it. and i don't think it's Is-F probably IS250/350 with tail lights swap.

i dont care what you guys say, these cars have some of the most amazing detailed work ever. Ive never really been into the whole lowrider scene but i have mad respect for the people that can build one of these cars and pull it off.
