lol I couldn't bankroll 1. I might be able to bankroll a center cap. On a related note I've decided that my next car has to be a 1 series, and that I have to sell my organs to buy some HREs.
Wheels look good btw.

There's a beautiful alpine white/coral red 135i running around SML that those HREs would be sexy on. I just can't imagine what that set would cost...
Thank you, sir. They look MUCH better in person(crappy android pic.) I'm very glad i took some advice and just bit the bullett and ordered what i really wanted.

The 135s do, it's also in the 535i. Same with the 128, 328, and 528. The HPFP issues seem to have been a fairly isolated issue, I haven't heard nearly as many people about them so I'd imagine the issue is fixed.
The HPFP issues isn't as big a deal as it used to be. BMW has been continually updating the pumps and it has been getting better with each new pump. The N54 in the 1M uses a new style HPFP, now it's called a High Pressure Exchange Pump, and so far it seems to have fixed the issues and it's backwards compatable with the old style pump.
Even on the old pump the failures were random, some people go through 1 every six months and some people never have to change it .
Yes sir, the 135, 335, 535, Z4 35i, x3 35i and 1M all use the N54B30A.

BTW, I see you around Vinton fairly often. Now I understand why after seeing that you work at NS. I did my internship at NS corp headquarters during college - definitely one of the better employers in the area.
Yeah, its a gamble. But BMW did extend the warranty on the fuel system(HPFP, injectors etc) to 130,000 miles/10 years.
You're the blue evo x wth exhaust, correct? That car is the definition of CLEAN.
