Silver WRX lowered, with a front mount and no front plate at the new Rita's in chesapeake square. Made me want a subaru.

Saw a yellow civic hatchback (EG, i think) with a full molded wide body kit, that had 2 gen eclipes tail lights (that extaended past the body, hence the wide body kit to fit the lights, not the wheels!) and a DC2 front (stupid pimple lights). Had some design on the side. Dual exhauat in the midddle. It was by Wal-Mart by Chesapeake Square.
All i could say is "WTF?"

saw a lowered white dc integra, purple eg coupe with a primered bumper, and a DA with a primered bumper on oyster point turning into city center, at about 315.
