nah not yet... when i got home from work today the tank was on the porch so i messed with that for a few then it started raining

wow that sucks. alot less restrictive down here in NC.
'bicycle rules' is what our pass and ID says. So i roll in going to the gyms in tank top/sneaks and shorts, no gloves, just a lid.

Navy code says all mopeds and scooters (even <50cc) must abide by the same safety equipment rules as motorcycles while on base.

I've read it with my own two eyes.
