(1) Motorcycles and mopeds. For motorcycles and other self–propelled, open, 2–wheel, 3–wheel, and 4–wheel
vehicles powered by a motorcycle–type engine, the following traffic rules apply:
(a) Headlights will be on at all times when in operation.
(b) A rear view mirror will be attached to each side of the handlebars.
(c) Approved protective helmets, eye protection, hard–soled shoes, long trousers, and brightly colored or reflective
outer upper garment will be worn by operators and passengers when in operation.

(2) Has a maximum engine size of 50 cubic centimeter

I like the "Connected" feature. Was debuted in Paris, and if I am not mistaken, it's electric. Going to be marketed to the "urban dweller", I am sure it will sell, but not my cup of tea.
the Lines are pretty classic though, and the BRG looks better than the more "modern" one. the wheel covers/hubs look like 6 different types of ass.

I feel the same way.
I posted an electric BMW scooter a while back... looks a little more "sweeeet".
